Every time I have a special occasion (wedding, anniversary, birthday, baby shower etc…) I go to Rosa to design the card. I know that I will get a one of a kind creation that she pours her heart & soul into. Her cards have the best craftsmanship, design & style. I will never buy another store bought card again when I can have a ROC Paper Scissors creation!
